About Dr. Zimmerman
I take a whole body approach to health and illness with a strong belief that the mind influences the body just as the body influences the mind.
I have a doctorate in Clinical Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine from the University of North Texas. I also completed an American Psychological Association accredited internship at the Memphis VA Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee and a postdoctoral fellowship in Psycho-Oncology and Women’s Health at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
